Reset or change Camera, Microphone and Location permissions
In order for the host and remote browsers to handle video, audio and locations services you must allow them to do so. Normally the browser will pop up a request when you start the session which you can agree to. However if you accidentally deny permission or mis-configure the settings here is a summary of how to reset and change them:

Chrome on Android
On your Android device, open the Chrome App.
At the far left of the address bar, click the lock icon
Click Site settings and then CLEAR & RESET.
REFRESH the browser on your Android Phone
Safari on iOS
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Toggle ON
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.
Settings > Safari > Scroll down to Location > Set to Allow
Refresh the browser or click on the link in SMS again.
Chrome on PC / MAC
From your Browser URL, click the lock icon in the search bar.
Site settings > Reset Permissions.
Return to your Video Call Page and refresh the page.
Allow access to your camera and mic.
